If you just want to read the music download the PDF file. It can be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you prefer Postscript you know what to do with it.
If you want to work with the ABC file, download it and if you don't know what to do with it, read on.
ABC is a system for creating musical notation. It allows you to type in text and get out Standard notation or midi. The files are small and transfer over a network quickly. There can be more than one song in a file and they can be searched and edited easily. A lot of information and software can be found at the ABCPlus Homepage. Particularly interesting are the PDF docuument on "Making music with ABC Plus", and links to software to use for this purpose. If you use Windows you should probably get ABC Navigator. It is a small, well written, easy to install and use program. If you are a Linux or Mac user you will find software here that works. I prefer JedABC with GV, but you can use any editor.
